Details:

You leave Malta from the Valletta Waterfront embarking on one of the Virtu Ferries’ modern catamarans. The ferry arrives in Pozzallo which is a typical Sicilian fishing village. Once there, you will meet your guides who will accompany you throughout the whole excursion on fully-airconditioned coaches with a running commentary by the guide.

From Pozallo you leave to beautiful city of Syracuse. Syracuse celebrates the Greek culture in Sicily, Magna Grecia. In fact, the Duomo in the old city of Ortigia, is a converted Greek temple that happens to be one of the oldest and most unique places of worship worldwide. From here you continue to the agriturismo at ‘La Diga di St. Rosalia for lunch. A typical delicious Sicilian set menu is offered and this is included in the price.  

In the afternoon you visit the city of Modica which is dominated by Il Corso - a typical Sicilian meeting place with cafes and majestic baroque buildings. The Duomo of San Giorgio, is one of the finest examples of Sicilian Baroque, surrounded by a flight of 250 steps. From Modica you will drive back to Pozzallo with an informative commentary by the guide.
